Close indeed again at High Wycombe Thirds as Finch Thirds were visitors in Division 3A
Hosts High Wycombe were 233 – 4 in their overs. After slumping to 44 - 5 Finches rallied with fine efforts from Ben Fisher 78, Sean Woodward 45 and skipper Ian Rose 35 not out. This took the scores level but Finches could not gain the run needed off the final ball so a tie with Finches 233 – 8 in a gripping finish.
