U9 Falcons beat Hurst to Continue Winning Start

A second win of the weekend for the U9 Falcons in beating Hurst. As with Fridays performance the toss was won by Finch and a solid bowling performance followed from the Falcons to restrict Hurst to 230-5.
 
Captain - Lucas Bamber led by example and ensured that everyone was on their toes at all times, this resulted in a an organised and disciplined team performance which restricted Hurst to 236-6.
 
The batting worked well again, with performances all round, interrupted only by a hat-trick for one of the Hurst youngsters as Alex Clayton and Ben Norris looked to strike boundaries. With that hiccup out of the way the team cruised to a fairly comfortable win, the final pairing of Callum Scott and Ben "Lefty" Waring striking a number of boundaries to put the match beyond doubt.
